JDM personnel collaborated with NEEA's BetterBricks program and real estate advisors Kennedy Associates to create a Sustainable Tenant Improvement Manual, which is made available via the BetterBricks Web site as a public resource for real estate companies and organizations looking to implement "green" tenant improvements in their commercial buildings.
