On behalf of JDM's client, the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), JDM personnel co-authored an article speaking to the importance of energy tracking for commercial real estate properties that appeared in the Puget Sound Business Journal. The article comes with the recent approval of Seattle's Energy Benchmarking and Reporting Ordinance in January 2010, which will require regular energy performance and measurement and reporting for commerical and multifamily buildings.
