JDM supports BetterBricks – the commercial sector initiative of NEEA – in designing and implementing a market transformation program for the office real estate market. We advise NEEA on strategic approaches and value messages for educating the real estate market about energy efficiency; provide advisory services on real estate practices, market trends, and other factors affecting the market; and, develop informational and educational resources, tools, communication materials, and training sessions that promote and enable enhanced energy performance.

We partnered with NEEA to develop a comprehensive guide to achieving a high performance office portfolio and piloted the implementation of the guide’s recommended approaches by consulting to Northwest real estate owners and managers on behalf of NEEA. In collaboration with NEEA’s local and national BOMA partners, we also provide strategic and technical guidance to support energy efficiency competitions and educational sessions like the successful BOMA Energy Efficiency Program (BEEP) workshop series.
