JDM Associates assists Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) in understanding and improving the energy and water performance and waste management practices of its commercial real estate investment holdings, including office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and industrial properties nationally and internationally. JDM works with PREI to develop and implement sustainability policies and strategies to lower operating costs while improving environmental performance.

JDM provides employee and property manager training; energy, water, and waste performance benchmarking services and tracking; energy audits and data analysis; and recommendations on energy efficiency and operational improvements to individual properties.  JDM helps to prioritize and implement sustainability strategies, works with property teams and utilities to identify available rebates and incentives, and provides on-going technical support and training to property management and engineering staff.  JDM assists properties in tracking progress  and verifying cost and environmental savings.
