Our team has extensive experience constructing presentations for national audiences, organizing and facilitating programs and events, and authoring articles and publications that highlight financial impacts of energy and environmental performance improvements.

John Klein has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate, financing, construction, and energy efficiency industries. He has been directly involved in over 300 million dollars of commercial real estate projects. John has leveraged his network of contacts with CEOs and CFOs of leading commercial real estate organizations on behalf of the US EPA in fulfilling the ENERGY STAR mission of market transformation. John has recruited over two billion square feet of commercial real estate into ENERGY STAR, and effectively communicated the message linking financial and environmental performance. Additionally, John was awarded two U.S. Patents as a result of developing technology for energy and water-efficient geothermal heat pumps, and on-site fire protection, water storage and distribution systems.
Deborah Cloutier has provided consulting services on behalf of the US EPA for over 12 years and currently works with owners, managers, and asset advisors of over four billion square feet of commercial real estate to identify the financial and environmental benefits of strategic energy management. She has been responsible for training commercial real estate owners, operators, and engineers to fulfill the ENERGY STAR mission. Deb also has in-depth experience in developing and launching national energy management campaigns, and was recently awarded the prestigious BOMA Chairman's Award, given to sustainability visionaries who set new standards of excellence in the commercial real estate industry.
